Thanks to your customer account, you can fully enjoy the services of Justebio.bio: place orders, benefit from attractive prices on a wide range of healthy products, view your order and invoice history, accumulate loyalty points...

How to create an account?

To create your account, simply click on "My account" at the top right of the homepage, then on "Create your account".

Then, fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) and validate by clicking on the "REGISTER" button. You will receive a confirmation email of your customer account registration.

How to modify my personal information?

You can modify the information you have registered in your customer account at any time.

To do this, you need to click on "My account" at the top right of the homepage.

Identify yourself by entering your email address and password (the one you used to create your customer account).

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "My account" at the top right of the homepage.

Then, click on "Forgot password?".

Enter your email address and validate

You will then receive an email (see screenshot below). Click on "generate a password". You must then enter a new password and confirm it.

I want to delete my customer account

If you wish to delete your customer account, you must make a request to our customer service: Contact form . We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

What are the criteria for selecting our products?

Specialist in dried fruits, dried fruits, seeds and organic cereals in bulk, the company offers a wide range of 117 references, rigorously selected by our teams. All our products are selected for their impeccable quality and affordable prices. In accordance with its commitments, Justebio.bio offers only healthy and tasty products, respectful of people and the environment.

Our workshop allows us to carry out all the stages of enhancing dried fruits and dried fruits on site: flavoring, roasting and toasting to create healthy, gourmet and energy-packed mixes.

What do the labels mean?

All our products come from organic farming and are certified by the ECOCERT organization: Certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01. This is the result of high standards, to guarantee you pesticide-free products.

How to quickly find a product?

On each page of the site, at the top right, there is a "Search for a product" field. Enter the desired name, such as "almond" or "cashew nut". You will then have a window that offers you the selected product(s).

You can also, in the main menu, select "our products" or click on a product category (example: breakfasts or origin France).

How to know if a product is in stock?

If a product is out of stock, the phrase "victim of its own success" will notify you and you will not be able to place an order.

A "Notify me" button will appear, allowing you to enter your email address. We will then send you a message as soon as the item is back in stock.

I have a question about a product, where can I ask it?

How to know the shipping time of a product?

Regarding the shipping time, it is 2 to 3 business days for all products in stock, and deliveries are usually made within 48 hours from the order registration.

What is the pricing policy on Justebio.bio?

JusteBio.bio wants to put an end to the misconception "organic products = expensive products" and strives to offer healthy and tasty products at a "Fair" price. As a major player in GMS, the volumes on which Justebio.bio relies help to lower prices.

Moreover, consuming in BULK allows you to buy only the desired quantity and helps to reduce food waste.

Thanks to the quality of its offer and its very attractive pricing policy, Justebio.bio makes "Eating Fair" accessible to the greatest number of people today.

If you are looking for discounts, you can also choose the formats offered on each product sheet, which give rise to immediate discounts. For example, for shelled almonds, -3% on 250g, -5% on 500g, -10% on 1kg, and -15% on 2.5kg.

Finally, we strive to regularly offer discounts on all our products, to allow everyone to discover new references.

I disagree with a price?

For your information, the selling price of a product, listed in Euros, is the one shown on the product page at the time of your order registration.

The price displayed on the product page is therefore binding. We can change prices at any time. However, the modified prices will only apply to orders placed after they are posted online on the site.

In case of dispute, customer service is at your disposal to study your case. If possible, please send us screenshots to facilitate the resolution of the problem.

Is it possible to receive samples?

For organizational reasons, Justebio.bio does not provide samples.

How to add/remove an item from my cart?

To add an item to your cart, simply click on an item, then add it to the cart after selecting the desired quantity. Note, if you choose the "BULK" option, the unit of sale is then the gram. You can also choose the formats offered on each product page.

- To remove an item from your cart, click on "my cart" at the top right of your screen, then click on the small cross to remove the item of your choice.

Payment

What payment methods are offered?

Justebio.bio offers you the following payment methods:

- Traditional bank cards

- Paypal

- Bank transfer (For professionals only, please contact us via the contact form)

On the payment method selection page, click on the one that interests you and simply follow the instructions given and complete the requested information.

How does Justebio.bio ensure that the payment is secure?

Justebio.bio uses an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol to encrypt sensitive information during online transactions. This ensures that payment data is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by malicious third parties.

How does payment with PayPal work?

This is a secure payment method. To start, you need to create a PayPal account, for that go to this link.

Then to pay, you simply use your email address and your PayPal password.

Your bank details will then only be received by PayPal and not by the Justebio payment system.

When will I be charged?

Payment for your order by credit card is made at the time of order, so your account will be immediately debited as soon as you have validated your order.

I have a problem with my payment, what should I do?

First, check if the numbers you entered on the payment page match those on your bank card.

Also, check that the expiration date of your card has not passed. If your bank transaction is declined, it may be due to an exceeded authorized limit. To be sure, we invite you to contact your bank to check the amount of this limit.

If you still cannot pay by bank card, we invite you to contact us to find a solution.

Delivery

What are the delivery times in mainland France?

Packages are generally prepared within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. Indeed, because our site offers bulk products, packages are prepared on demand, according to the quantity chosen by the customer. They are then shipped no later than 2 business days following order preparation. This means that the average time between the order date on the site and the delivery date is between 4 to 5 business days.

What are the possible delivery methods?

Justebio.bio offers several delivery methods:

- Express home delivery by Chronopost

- Express delivery to a pickup point with Chrono Relais

How much does delivery cost?

You can choose home delivery, at a price of 9 euros including tax, or delivery to a relay point, at a price of 5.99 euros including tax. These prices are subject to change at any time by Justebio. These rates are calculated as accurately as possible, and no discount can be applied. Shipping costs are free for purchases over 49€ for delivery to a relay point and 69€ for home delivery.

Do you deliver internationally and to the French overseas territories?

No, Justebio.bio does not deliver outside of mainland France for individuals. We do not offer delivery services to countries or regions other than France. But rest assured, these solutions are being studied.

How does relay point delivery work?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday to the address of your choice.

To inform you that your package is available at a relay point, you will receive an email, provided that you have correctly filled in the information on your customer file.

How do I choose my delivery method?

As soon as you have validated the delivery address, a page will appear with all the possible delivery methods.

At that moment, you just need to choose the one that suits you (at home, at a relay point...), accept the general terms and conditions of sale, and click on the green button "I validate".

What happens if I am not at home on the estimated delivery date?

When you place your order, a message will be sent to you with the estimated delivery date. In this email, you will be able to modify/schedule the delivery date and/or the delivery address.

Please note that Justebio cannot transmit specific information or messages to the carriers.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my account address?

This is the address you provided during the creation of your account that is displayed automatically.

However, you can of course choose a delivery address different from that of your customer account.

After validating your cart, the delivery page appears, then click on "Create a new address" or "Edit" and fill in the requested information.

How to place an order?

To place an order on Justebio.bio:

Create a customer account if you do not already have one (see the "My Account" section, "How to create my account")

Log in to your customer account

Add the products you are interested in to your cart. Once your selection of items is complete, go to "My cart" to finalize your order.

Then choose delivery to the address of your choice (at home or at a relay point).

Choose the payment method

Confirm your order

Then, a few minutes later, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Please note that no orders will be taken by phone or mail, but only via our website.

How long is my order's cart saved?

If you are logged into your customer account, your cart will be saved until you interact with it again.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

After validating your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your "junk" folder. If you still do not receive a confirmation email, contact us via the form.

When will my order be shipped?

For any order modification, it is technically impossible for us to intervene on an already validated order to add an item or modify a quantity.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

You can easily find your invoice. To do this, simply log in to your customer account.

Then click on "My Account" at the top right of the homepage, enter your email address and password.

Next, click on "My Orders" and from this space, you can download the invoice for the order of your choice as soon as it is shipped.

What does the status of my order mean?

When you order, you will encounter the following statuses:

- "payment accepted": your order has been successfully recorded and will be prepared shortly

- "In preparation": your order is being prepared by our team

- "Shipped": your package has been shipped

- "Delivered": your package has been delivered to you, if not, please contact us via our contact form.

I have a problem with my payment, what should I do?

My order has been shipped but is delayed, what should I do?

You can check at any time where your package is with your tracking number received by email.

To do this, simply click directly on the link you received in the shipping confirmation email we send you at the end of the day when your package leaves our warehouse.

This allows you to have the information directly on the carrier's website.

If you think your package is lost, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Furthermore, note that the delivery date may vary by one or two days depending on the carrier's contingencies.

I never received my order, what should I do?

Make sure you have correctly entered your delivery address when ordering, if so contact us via the contact page on our website

I did not receive the correct products, what should I do?

If in your order, you received items that do not match those you ordered, please contact us via the contact form available on our website. We are committed to responding quickly to find a satisfactory solution to this problem.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

If you received a damaged or defective product in your order, please contact us via our online contact form. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to assisting you quickly to resolve this issue. To better qualify the problem encountered, please take photos of the damaged bag(s).

A product is missing from my order, what should I do?

If you notice that a product is missing from your order, please contact us via our contact form available on our website. We understand the importance of receiving your entire order and we are committed to resolving this situation quickly. Please know that your satisfaction is our priority and we will do everything possible to rectify this error.

Because our products are perishable and are prepared "on demand" according to quantities specific to the customer, prepared bags that are refused cannot be restocked. Therefore, it is impossible to cancel or return all or part of your order. Please make sure to check the products, quantities, and shipping methods chosen carefully. Thank you.

My cart empties itself, what to do?

If your cart empties by itself, you need to clear your cookies.

To do this, simply press Ctrl + SHIFT (uppercase key) + DELETE, check cookies, then click "delete".

Now, all you have to do is fill your cart and place an order!

Discounts and vouchers

How to use a promotional code/voucher?

If you forgot to use a promotional code, please note that it is unfortunately not retroactive and cannot be deducted from an already validated order.

To use a promotional code, follow the steps below:

Add products to your cart

Go to "My Cart" (at the top right of the screen)

Click on "Do you have a promo code?", copy your promotional code and click "Ok" to validate the discount. The value of the promotional code will then be automatically deducted from the order amount.

I enter my promo code but the discount does not apply, why?

Several validity conditions may explain this issue:

- A promotional code is only valid once.

- You can only use one promotional code per order.

- The total amount of your order must be greater than the minimum purchase amount indicated on the discount voucher.

- Promotional codes, vouchers, and gift certificates are valid for a limited time.

Promotional codes can only be used before your order is validated (see the question How to use a promotional code/voucher?) and cannot be applied retroactively.

Discount vouchers and promotional codes are strictly personal and should not be shared with third parties.
